Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, overlooking a charming branch of the main canals, and the staff was exceptional with their friendly and helpful service. However, my room was a bit noisy being located almost in front of the reception desk, and the dining options, although plentiful, were very basic.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The location is superb, nestled in a quiet residential area yet close to all the main sights and shopping locations. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit tired-looking, and the service was excellent. The dining options were satisfying with a nice variety of choices. The facilities offered added convenience to my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit stuffy initially, were modern and nice, and the staff quickly addressed the issue by providing a fan. However, the hotel could use some maintenance to freshen up its appearance, and the view overlooking the car park was not the most appealing.
