Underwhelming stay. Needs maintenance

the hotel's location proved ACCESSIBLE, convenient for exploring the area.
I experienced issues with the room. The toilet seat was completely detached, an issue i reported. staff seemed UNCONCERNED about fixing it promptly. eventually, i had to move rooms, but then the safe did not FUNCTION. it all felt a little bit careless.

The window in the room had damage. Tape held it together and limited fresh air. It was uncomfortable to stay in a stuffy room for two days without assistance from staff
